Referencing lodge liners, this work draws from the visual language of Blackfoot teepee design. “Oki” is a greeting meaning “hello” or “welcome,” extending an invitation inward—toward more personal and familial imagery typically found within lodge interiors. The composition balances tradition and reinterpretation, offering an intimate engagement with form, pattern, and cultural continuity.
